Our vision and mission.

We are a family company with more than 40 years of business experience successfully anchored in the demanding market of international transport. We always
follow our motto: “ALWAYS AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME”
We are certain that the future belongs to us, because we keep our promises and we are goal-oriented towards the satisfaction of our customers.

Company development

The company SEMENIČ transport started its activity in 1980, when Mr. Bogdan Semenič bought his first multi-purpose;
Today, it is one of the most successful transport companies on domestic as well as foreign markets. During the development of the company the demand for transportation services was constantly rising and falling due to the political situation in the country. In 1986, it
was deemed necessary to purchase a new truck, to make it easier to combine transports for the satisfaction of our customers.

Company development

After 1990, Mr. Bogdan Semenič began to expand his fleet despite the relentless competition at the time. He merged with a partner transport company with which they bought a new company in Italy called PRIMI DUE. Sons David and Tadej also joined the business, thus began a successful family business. In 2003, the company was equipped with 16 trucks, with a large warehouse, office and business premises located on both sides
of the state borders. In 2005, the ceremonial opening of a new office building in Podnanos followed, which even today includes business premises, offices, a mechanical workshop for vehicle maintenance and truck parking.

Company development

With the entry into the European Union, the company began to grow even more rapidly. The pace was unrelenting, but we’ve always tried to provide the best quality of our services. We’ve always been hard working and oriented towards even bigger growth and better quality. Thus, the new common business and work spaces were followed by an upgrade of our services, which now also include:
– sale of tires
– sale of new and used spare parts, and installation of these
– production of caissons for trucks
– sale of roof coverings for buildings and warehouses (for an Italian company
ITALPANELLI)

Company development

Our fleet has between 30 and 35 modern trucks that fit the latest environmental standards. Today, the company is jointly managed by David Semenič, who covers the transport and logistics part, and Tadej Semenič, who covers the service and production part.
The family company SEMENIČ transport currently employs 44 workers, which all work tirelessly for the satisfaction of our customers.
